South Africa welcomes Authentic Gaming via Betway
Casino provider, Authentic Gaming has launched in South Africa, in affiliation with its long-standing partner in Betway in order to bring live casino games to what is understood to be a potentially thriving marketplace.
What this partnership will do, is offer players in the region the opportunity to get access to Authentic Gaming’s studio-based casino titles as well as their auto-roulette games, with the operator looking for the most effective ways in order for it to expand its service offering in the live dealer space.
CCO of Authentic Gaming, Magdalena Podhorska-Okolow, was understandably over the moon to have secured such a deal that will ensure that the brand can really unlock more doors on a global level, saying: “International expansion is a priority for Authentic Gaming right now and we are delighted to have entered the fast-growing South African market with our long-standing partner, Betway.
“We see huge potential for casino in the region and believe our suite of studio-based and auto roulette titles will add variety and quality to Betway’s portfolio, allowing it to deliver a superior online experience to its players.”
As a result of this, the type of studio tables that will be included to players in the offering are; Grand, Casino Floor, 24/7, Viva Las Vegas and Nightclub.
Big growth market for the industry
Meanwhile, Phillip Superamonien of Betway echoed these sentiments, particularly about the strength and the potential of the South African market, stating: “South Africa is a market with huge potential and we believe betting on casino games will be very popular among players in the region as we’ve seen tremendous growth in recent months.
He continued: “We have been partnered with Authentic Gaming for several years now so we know just how engaging and entertaining its games are. They make for a great addition to our game portfolio in South Africa and look forward to seeing our players enjoy the incredible experience its titles offer.”
While there is a considerable amount of buzz about the US market, especially in terms of how big it can get, South Africa is one of those countries that can sneak under the radar. Perhaps similar to the New Zealand market when considering perhaps its progress, however, with the presence of Betway, there is certainly reasons to suggest that it can grow substantially.
